if I changed the paypal account that was connected to ebay stealth account to a new one would it cause a problem?

does anyone sell paypal accounts by themselves(without ebay)?

there is 21 day hold on my paypal on sales from ebay and it has been there for months. I can sell more without that hold.

No, you can't. Try the SEARCH function.

Your hold has no bearing on how much you can sell. In any case, once the package arrives your hold comes off anyway. Get it there in three days and your 21 day hold becomes a 3-6 day hold.

Doing this won't take the hold off, but it probably will kill your EB and PP account.

I didn't mean to increase my ebay selling limits. I meant not having to pay upfront becuase of the 21 day hold wold enable me to sell my limit.

Ah, then a new PayPal will not work.

What are your current limits?

Is your PayPal confirmed and verified?
