New Ebay account. Can't list anything.
 

Tried to list my first item, and I got the "you need higher seller limits message". I don't see where on my account I can see my limits whereas with my old ones I can. Added paypal and credit card already.

I've had this a few times in the past, it usually seemed to happen when using Entropay and other abused VCC providers

Might mean you have 0/0 limits.
That usually happens when you use a phone number provider such as Google Voice.
What phone number did you use?

What credit card did you use? What IP are you using (are you in the US or using a vpn/vps to access)? Phone number used...?

Sounds like you need a better phone number. You can call in and usually get selling limits still.

nothing to do with entropay, entropay always gets my high limits
The issue you have with entropay is when you list your first item, it goes into the pool and soon after you will get MC113 and you will be banned. 70% risk of being banned.
If you are, ring them up they may tell you "new sellers blah blah get limited and they check ur details out and check your goals out" then they will lift ur limits or ban you outright.
always best to link a paypal account that's verified than a card in my opinion.

I have also found that this time of year can be an issue.
