so once your account is up and running and past a month or two in time length ,when will it be ok to change your address? say if you wanted to make a small purchases or two or just a purchase in general, when is the best time to add a new address to the file?

or how can you get stuff to come to your address once the previous address has already been used in previous eBay account?

Honestly, I would recommend you get a P.O. Box.....it can be safely added and used as well for returns.

Yes, that's the way to go. Pretty much risk free.

Get a UPS box. It has a real address and would look a little better in eBay's eyes.

I believe this was also mentioned in the stealth guide, correct?
