Keep Listing and go on vacation
 

Im going on vacation and there's no way i can fulfill orders. Is there any way i can keep my listing up and not be able to take sales until i get back? I dont want to take them down and relist them. And i want to keep my rank and show how many items i sold. Is it possible?

Also does my sold item goes away after my 30 day listing ends? I put my listing up forever.

I'm not 100% sure if you need a store setup to 'go on vacation' but it should be in your seller settings to toggle vacation mode and when you'll be back. There is another setting to keep your listings active even when the quantity goes to 0. That will keep the listing sales history until you can restock the item.

Keep in mind that when on vacation setting, the listings still show in Google search and other engines, and can still be sold.

This happened to me, and I came back to a ****storm of serious past due shipping problems and open cases for not shipping.

Another crack execution of programming by the EB team.

Happened to me as well. And they don't give enough warning to the buyer that the seller is on vacation and won't be able to ship until X date.

its under settings somewhere .. to where you can change all listings to 0 available stock and listing stays active but dont show up in searches .. then you just bump your stock back up when you get home and off you go . this is what i do

Yes I believe it is under the communication with buyers or site preferences where it shows you like 30 options of random stuff. Make sure to click save options or submit options at the bottom of the page though.

Does this take away your search rank? Or when you active it again, it puts you back in the top search ranks? Right now im number 1 for the search rank.
