Need Urgent Help!
 

So, I've hired 2 people to just answer all my ebay emails and post listings. They are outsourced. Will be starting Sunday. Each person will be in control of 3 User ID's with 10 items on them each.

THE PROBLEM

I'm having a hard time with how to let them check emails from Ebay (you know those "Question from a buyer types") in HTML format - because that would potentially cause a red flag for me.

1) Is there ANY web based client / email that can ONLY receive emails in plain text?

2) Is there a way for them to access my OUTLOOK virtually?

3) Any other ideas?

I hope this goes well - I'm feeling worried :(

Cant you just go into the my ebay on each account and set it to text only,I did that on mine.
