Upgrade my store

Hello.
Today I decided to upgrade my store from premium to anchor store.
my question is,
It starts right away?
or I will be charged for it next month and then I will have 10,000 listings for free?

My question is, when I made the upgrade, and right after that upload 10,000 listings
Will I be charged for every list? or the anchor substitution cover for it?

It's effective the moment you turn on the upgrade, they pro-rate the month you start, so if you did it today you'll be charged for 16 days in December.

Right, I meant to say pro-rate, not increment.
