In most countries, calling into toll-free numbers will display the calling party phone# which cannot be blocked. This is especially true in the USA when calling toll-free numbers.
Calling in from Skype might work, but be aware that skype calls are usually routed through one common endpoint, meaning that the same number will be displayed to eBay for all calls. A simple google search of the number would make it obvious you are using Skype to place that call. |
