Tmobile iphone tethering HELP! IP question
 

So I've recently started using tmobile iphone tethering for my internet on stealth accounts.

However..my IP changes on IP burger every time i turn my personal hotspot on and off. (Public IP address)..But when I go to a site like whatsmyip.org my iP does not change it just shows a number like this: 70.123.122.204

But on IP burger and on google search my public IP address changes everytime my hotspot is turned on an off. Looks like this :

2605:6001:e386:f00:649a:14b4:9492:3a62
2405:6002:f386:f02:629b:12c4:9092:3c7f

When I use my verizon Mifi. The IP changes on both ipburger..and whatsmyip.org.

My question is..what can eBay see?!

If the IP changes on ipburger .. does that mean I'm safe, even though IP stays the same on other ip checking sites like whatsmyip.org?

Thanks! Really worried about this..as I've been using this tethering connection on 8 different accounts. Hopefully I didn't put them all in jeopardy.

My Ip doesn't change on that one. =/

It doesn't have the long IP with all the letters and stuff. >.<

Okay.. so there is an IPV6 and an IPV4

My IPV6 changes when I turn my connection on and off but the IPV4 does not ever change.

My question is...which one does eBay recognize and see?

I've been wondering about this also. The IPV6 changes, never duplicates, the IPV4 doesn't.

I asked once before and nobody seemed to be able to tell me, so I've been tracking both, which is a big pain in the a**.

The different ip addresses (IPV6 and IPV4) and if both are 'seen' by eBay.
Using my t-mobile (I know it has issues with tethering) phone for tethering, the IPV6 changes but IPV4 remains the same.
