I just tried to list my first auction after browsing and building cookies and it won't let me?

How can i resolve this?

This is a standard selling restriction/hold that's usually seen on new accounts, similar to the infamous "MC999" back in the day.

It basically means you tried to list something high risk, or too fast.

You will need to call in and the rep will ask you to verify your info, ask what you are selling, that you have the item(s) in your possession, etc.

Read the message again, it clearly says to contact customer service to resolve.

They will just ask you a few questions to confirm your identity, as well as about what you are selling. They may adjust your limits accordingly after that call.
