OneVanilla gc not working to pay fees

I went to set up a One Vanilla gc with an eBay account and it was declined. I then tried to simply make a one time payment, also declined. I tried using a different card on a different account - also declined. I have been using One Vanilla Visa cards since I started doing stealth with success. Is this something new?

Also another interesting thing is I tried to register my zip on the One Vanilla website but there seems to be a glitch on their website as I am on the page to register the zip but there is no place on the page to input the zip code.

Anybody having the same issues?

You can call in and register your zip code. The automated system will allow you to assign a zip.

For your other issues, I have not observed them.
