Unable to buy stealth guide - please help!!!!

I've been trying for ages to purchase this stealth guide but it keeps coming up with an error message about my zip code meaning I'm unable to buy it. Please can someone help me with purchasing this stealth guide as I'm looking at buying some eBay and PayPal accounts along with fresh IP addresses but I don't want to do this without reading the stealth guide first
