Address ideas for eBay returns
 

I'm needing to accept returns via my stealth eBay. I am thinking of using a mail forwarding service - although I believe they require a form 1583 to be notarized, etc. Anybody been able to fill that form out and use forwarding successfully on a stealth eBay and/or recommend any specific forwarding services/sites?

Or anybody suggest just another way in general to accept returns?

Just get a PO box. Mine is $6/month.

My PO just went up to $8 a month however its a business owned PO who accepts packages in whatever name(s) I have written down. And they email me when packages are received. You could also rent deskspace from an existing business - or a virtual office that will accept your mail on the cheap. Some advertise this service on Craigs under the office & commercial (housing) tab. Good luck.

If you decide on one of those online forwarding companies, check to see if they offer business accounts or will accept packages addressed to a business. And then for your return address on eBay, make sure that the "name" field has your business name. Otherwise they will probably reject any packages not addressed to your real name.

Or as mentioned above, a PO box is a great option.

I prefer locally owned mailbox rental companies since they accept packages from all carriers, are around the same price as PO boxes, and you'd be supporting a local small business as well.

Have it sent to an address variant, for example if your address is 123 Main St have it sent to 123A Main st.

Or get a PO Box at a UPS or private shipping store or at the USPS.

Ask your neighbor or family if you can have it sent there.
