is there a way to sell software key on eBay with copytight?
 

hi, as the title I said if it were possible to sell key products that have various problems but copyright and ebay take away advertisements etc. or report to the BSA, in the past type December 2017 I was possible even if every week I removed ads until the total block 'account, I would be fine even though I would need some directions to do this, I read and told me that you need an account "aged" but I do not know where to buy it you could help me? Thanks and best regards

If you sell very high risk items like that there is always going to be a large chance that the account will get limited somehow

Best advise is really to find something else to sell

Even some of the best accounts sold on the forum would struggle to sell items like that

The issue isn't the account itself, it the very very high risk nature of the item being sold

until November the accounts lasted for 1 month, and I made a lot of sales, if I had an "old" account and as a first object I sold something else and not immediately that?
I would also need to buy an account and after a month they will close it, as I make many sales would be profitable

You aren't going to be left alone, every time you sell keys you aren't even allowed to sell....sell your stuff at your own risk.

certainly, in fact, the example that I did before was a few months ago not so old, only that I had 2 old accounts of a few years and everything worked well did not give too much attention

Even aged accounts wouldn't guarantee survival - and forum doesn't really deal with how to sell specific stuff (especially high risk/not allowed items) but with how to get back on eb/pp/az using stealth

I didn't say every account would go down but the life expectancy of those accounts drastically diminishes after time....let me give you an example:
People go over Niagara Falls, some live.....but MOST don't, same principle at work here.

I think you are facing 2 problems:
1) The item you are selling is highly risky just due to what it is. Keys are widely known to be unauthentic or gotten in a deceitful manner.
2) You are selling items without tracking. On a new account, or any account without a lot of transactions, will lead to a MC011, which is a pain in the ass.

So if I was you, you need to understand that no account seller is going to warranty an account with what you are selling. You would be selling at your own risk. You may get suspended a couple hours after you put the listing up, or you might not. But you should probably list something non-risky and sell a few of them first, just to get some honest transactions to start off. I would also get the buyers address and ship something (a piece of paper with the code) so that you can actually claim that you are selling and shipping a tangible item that is trackable.

If you gotta do it, that is how I would go about it!

If you wish to keep selling these risky items, you will have to keep testing and trying different ways until it works out - and even then it's not guaranteed to be good forever. Many people try and fail all the time.

How the heck do you get all these keys anyway? It seems unlikely it's legit.

are original keys of very expensive software, I say that I can get them at a low price compared to other suppliers, on ebay I was billing a lot so I would like to go back

You have probably been lucky with those accounts.

Consider also that in certains period of the year, like Christmas for example, eBay look more closely at relatively new accounts.

I assume you mean 'copyright' not 'copytight'. :)

In any case, it would seem the answer to your original question is: NO! If you don't own the copyright and are not a rights holder, you can't sell it!

Actually your wrong about that.
There are many parts of the Microsoft licence that allows users to sell under for example system building for Microsoft as part of the EU licence.
