How can I provide a customer with contact info thru ebay message system without getting flagged, if it's even possible?

Its risky, but you can send things such as an image file with contact details on it

As phaz0rz said name something random as they ask pick keywords ie email contact details phone no etc

As of March 2025 not any more.
AI scans those too.
Although the message can go through (because AI dont scan it live yet) there's a chance it'll scan it at a later time and may cause problems.

Use Google language translator and copy and paste your details in japanese or hindi for example and then ask the person to translate it back to english.
