When I make an eBay account, it either gives me 1000/25000 or 5/500. I never ended up in other limits. And when it ends up with 5/500, I always see a msg from eBay saying they need more information from me before I can get more selling limits and my selling limits has been decreased from 10/1000 to 5/500.
My question is what triggered this? I am asking because this happens around 25% of the time I make accounts and really annoying
