hi
so i made a google cloud trial account to make ebay stealth earlier, my trial was finished and i extend the trial but i reissue my debit card so they wont able to charge and after some time it get suspended so after few months i get a email on that gmail from some third party agency in my country that i owe google 500$ and need to pay,

did any of you receive debt collection from google cloud and how do you deal with it

PS- it real email i have verify
PPS- debt collection have very little control in my country since it online they cant do much

If you owe Google money, they will send their agents from Mountain View to come to your house and beat you up. :)

Well, seriously, if you are in India, not sure how this would still be collectable there. Is the Google cloud acct in stealth name, or your real details?

well gmail was ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and the card and billing detail was mine but i change it now

You probably have a better idea what will happen should Google decide to use a third party collector in your country (India) to go after you, that is if they have your real details and consider the debt large and worthwhile enough to collect.

I am more familiar with consumer law as it pertains to debt collection in the USA, but members on this board can't give legal advise. The only thing I can say is if demands are only though emails, you probably don't have much to worry about. If, however you begin to receive some other more "formal" communication, such as my post, then you should consult a lawyer for advise.

Unless there's a language issue, you're a deadbeat who deliberately defrauded Google using a card that doesn't work, and now you want to know if they'll come after you and if we can help?

A: I don't want to help a scammer
B: I hope they come get you and put you in jail

i was in urgency bec of the ip that i used with ebay, i would have paid but the cloud fees was too much and making a stealth acc is also kind of fraud so you are too :spy:

I haven't stiffed anyone for $500, by intent or otherwise.

EB didn't suspend you 'because of your ip', I'm guessing they suspended you because you did something like what you're doing to Google right now.

But you knew the fees were going to get paid right? Not 100% surprised?
