Ebay Stealth Physical Addresses
 

How Important is having the physical address?
Right now i have one random address from a guy that purchase something from me. I got my address and ip in the same location.
I had an account doing a lot of money previously using a random address and it was never a problem.

I believe it shouldn't be a problem unless your account has issues and eBay decides to check if the address physically exists. If the buyer tries to do a return, just make sure to send them your own label with the the correct address you want your item returned to. I use shipstation or stamps to make these return labels.
