Can I use the new user account of my computer like the old one?

Guys, just wondering...When I'm on the other user account of my computer (in order to use my stealth) can I still go online and visit websites I want to? Things like Social Media or just newspapers? Or even Skype...does ebay trace you for watching the same things that you check on your main account?

Ebay can't limit you or ban you due to what websites you visit other than ebay. If they could, we would all be banned by now for that specific reason. Browse like you would do without stealth.
