Glitch in Suspension (30 day)
 

Got the dreaded 30- day suspension for selling trademark items of a criminal organization. Said I could not list any new items, nor revise any items. So a regular customer wanted a couple of things so I said what the heck and tried to relist one of my listing to that, I changed the picture, description and price and low and behold it updated. Sweet, Since I had a bunch of good till cancelled items I dreaded a week ago when they all expired. So a couple of days after they were to expire I logged on and looked and all 30 of them relisted. AGAIN cool. So I went in and revised a bunch of my items to my best sellers and am just waiting out the last 6 days of suspension and will have to be more careful listing the items. Any hints for that.

Hints for what exactly? Not selling the stuff you got the 30 day suspension for right? Or...?

Lol, I am going to continue to sell replicas of the criminal organization, will just list one of their criminal competitors that dont care if you sell their stuff and state your choice and list second picture :-)

Regularly Vero suspensions only block making new listings. You can usually edit quantities, prices and send second chance offers. Oftentimes on good accounts, the suspension does nothing at all like you stated.

Must be a pretty good account to ebay. Be careful because after 3-4 of these in a row, they will block you for a month or more.

Not in my experience but I am sure it depends on the account. The few I had were a little over a year ago and nothing happened at all on the suspensions then I had an effective one where I could not list for 30 days.
