error while listing first item on ebay stealth
 

edit - solved now i called ebay and they just confirmed my address and it done


so i bought US ebay stealth account with 5/500$ limit and was trying to list my first item it was a pen drive for 10$

and i get this error

PS- I follow all instruction as per ebay stealth guide

-i waited 1 week before listing
-i bought fresh vpn ip for ebay
-used a vmware
-clear the batch image

i can call but i have Indian accent dont know if that will be suspicious wht to do help please

is your PayPal fully verified ? did you browse and bid on items in that 1 week?>

paypal is verified except vcc and ya i browse item and msg other seller

Every time I got this (selling restriction) and called in to try and have it removed, they are going to ask 4 or 5 questions from third-party verification databases. I was asked about cars I owned, addresses I lived at, people related to me, etc.

If it's a stealth account, I would of course fail because there is no actual info to reference the data. When that happens, the rep says he can't lift the resriction and I can try again after 24 hours, etc.

There is really nothing you can do about it unless you can get past the database questions, maybe you should contact the seller you bought the account from for guidance.

Wrong.
In situations like this the usual questions asked are regarding the ITEM - NOT the account. They'll ask questions such as 'where did you get the item'?, 'do you have a supplier'?, 'How are you shipping it'? etc etc. Quite simple to answer and to resolve the situation.
They will ask you database questions if youre calling in to have your selling limits increased. Far more complicated to pass.

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but I always wondered why would a person overseas want a US EB account? surely they wouldn't be able to ship the items traditional way, using USPS..
