It 4 foo foo items (small stuff). smallest package iv ever received, usually I get packages over 10kg...could receiving to many packages be an issue? I've got 3 shipments in this month....all made it to me.
Importing foo foo's by DHL?
What could possibly go wrong?
Depending on the type and quantity of goods, you *might* be OK, but you have an exception to deal with, so maybe it's just a matter if paying the undeclared duty/tax if you need to.
Well I checked it this morning...and It was given a release. I have never scene this. Maybe this post will help someone else to calm down in the future haha

I think there was paperwork missing on the shipment. Sounds like they had to contact the shipper because documentation was missing on the package, so customs/DHL didn't know what the declared value was and they didn't know whether or not you needed to pay taxes on the import.
So 1 of 2 things, the label and paperwork are missing so they can't process the clearance.
or your shipper didn't do the right things when shipping it and documents are missing.
Most of the time DHL will just clear it , but there can be times where they'll open the package up for inspection.
So I have never had a package through DHL get stuck. BUT if one day it does. Do they blacklist your name and address so you can't receive anymore? I was reading somewhere back in 2013 this dudes package was caught and he said the next day he order the same stuff the same exact way and he got it soon after....so maybe this whole address blacklist thing is a myth? Like the only way they could do it is if there system flags your stuff right when it scans the barcode.

Some of the foo foo is NOT garbage, I sell replicas of a criminal organization and I took one of my replicas to a local shop and they wanted $200 to duplicate, I sell them for $75 and the customers love them, just saying not all foo foo is garbage. Seems to me selling under a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name is worse than selling foo foo.

Of course it’s much easier to just not sell garbage items to folks in the first place...
DHL doesn't decide to stop or put your address on any watch list; in this case it's US Customs. They have the right to stop and open packages at any time for inspection. If customs find something they don't like, you'll most likely going to get a notice from them.
A "foo foo" is a "foo foo" is always a "foo foo" if it's not the real thing.
Thats assuming what your having shipped isnt worth their time building a case .
They can and have let packages be delivered to show proof this is a ongoing thing. Just saying

People like you who sell "replicas" are why people like me are stuck in court suing all the time to protect our brands and have to depend on things like stealth to make a living because of competition stifling. It's garbage, not just for quality but because it hurts peoples businesses. I'm sure your cheap customers do love your knock offs.

Mine get inspected a fair amount of the time, about 10% have the green tape customs tape on them and have been opened, I've never been blacklisted.
But I don't under-declare, I don't get knock-offs, and I think I've only owed customs once or twice across the years.
Yep. I buy supplies like blanks, inks, etc from China and never had a package stopped. I also get holiday stuff (Halloween mostly) from there and never had a single issue with a package. Some have taken a decent amount of time to arrive but I have yet to have issues because it's all legit purchases.

To buy my products from China? I do. I buy them directly and have them shipped to my home because I’m not importing counterfeits. To sell? Competitors have got my legit products shut down and despite court orders websites don’t want to deal with the back and forth so I’ve had to go stealth to literally compete against myself. It’s bs.
It just amuses me how scared people get when buying knock offs and whining about it. If you’re gonna be a scumbag and sell knock offs at least go the extra mile and hide who you are so you don’t come off like a scared kitten when the feds or others come knocking.
