Would you need to register the gift cards address to PayPal stealth account address for it to verify on PayPal?

You do need to register the card online first before you can add it to paypal.

You can get visa and mastercard, i've only ever used the mastercard. Works well.

What store would you recommend Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury and how would you obtain the 4 digit security code for PayPal when verifying?

Any supermarket that sells them is fine.

Follow the instructions on the pack, you can view your statement for the code.
