ebay account still alive?
 
Paypal acc limited indefinitely but haven't seen anything bad on my ebay? Can this then be attached to another paypal account or is it a lost cause

You will need to start again with a fresh ebay and paypal.

Adding a new paypal wont last long, and will end in heartache eventually.

Lost cause. You can do it but it's days are numbered, and it'll go down when you least expect it and when you can expect to lose the most money, because that's the way life works for most of us.

You can still buy with the EB account, though.
