Ebay Permitter Seller, selling in ebay restriced catergories e-cigarettes
 

Hi guys, i have just joined the forums but i would like to thank everyone on here as without you guys i would never had been able to get back selling on ebay. To cut a long story short i was suspended on ebay and turned to stealth. I now have a very successful ebay business running on a stealth account. Both my paypal and and ebay now actually have my legit Ltd company details as this was created after my previous ebay account was banned.

My question today is if anyone could kindly help with applying to become a permitted seller to be able to list in ebays restricted categories. I would like to sell in the e-cig category. Has anyone with a stealth account applied for approval through ebays new category request form? I have actually applied over a month ago but no response at all from ebay. They state at the time of applying that they will get back to you in 3weeks. Any help would be much appreciated.

E-cigs are actually a not permitted area and very difficult to get into.

From the e-cigs I see being sold on there for any length of time they are blended among several hundred or thousands of products for sale. From what I've seen you work the account with legitimate items either bought and resold, wholesale, or dropship then you add in a listing here and there for e-cig this or vape that. Sometimes they'll catch the listing and remove it, and either give you a slap on the wrist or a ban.

It's getting very tricky now...seems like the removals must all come from competitors
