Made a big trouble. Am I still safe?
 

I think I made a big mistake.
I left my laptop for a little while and the username I was on (the main one) automatically logged off. When I went back instead of reopening this username I opened the one where I have my stealth. For the first time it automatically connected to the wifi of the house rather than the hotspot of my smartphone. The browser wasn't opened so hopefully nothing should have happened.

Unfortunately when I returned to my main username, I forgot to turn off my hotspot connection and unfortunately it automatically connected to this one rather than the wifi of the house. The browser was open and there was an ebay page (of my main account) open. Thankfully the ebay page was offline and it did not refresh.

Am I still safe?

Yes, you should be ok. I've done this 3 times in the course of 10 years and I'm still alive.

Sometimes we get tired, negligent and bored, so it's all about discipline.
If it helps, make small memos on bright little papers and stick em to your wall to remind yourself.

Messing up like this one time here and there over the course of a long time isn't going to blow up the world.....you will be fine.

You should have a different background for each account so this doesn't happen again.

Acccount linkages arn't going to happen by IP address alone. Just don't do it again and be more careful when operating your accounts.

When you're running multiple accounts you need to really pay attention and think about what you're doing. I've made stupid mistakes myself, and learned from them.

Most of all, don't take shortcuts and strictly follow stealth principals.

Actually it's 13 years. But yes, all of them are still alive. Aside from the one where I'm sick and tired of some entitled scamming buyers and I deliberately told them to F.off... those accounts are suspended and I could give a bloody butt.

It's a matter of understanding the stealth guide and actually doing what it tells you to do.

There's no if or buts like a lot of people here try to do and take a shortcut or is just unwilling to do some. You have to do 100% of it!

I think everyone has done this a few times. I've made myself get in the habit of checking my IP every time I open up eBay or PayPal even when I know I have the right IP. It's best to be safe than sorry.

You can also set your default to 'open the windows i was using last time' and then make the ip check window the last one you close, I do that as well.
