Hi guys,

Last night i sold an item. Payed after few minutes.
Today i received message from buyer to cancel his order. After hour i received two messages from eBay :

1. eBay Ads Withdrawn - Unauthorized Use of Buyer's Account or Bidder

2. eBay MC139 Caution on Off-eBay Transaction Proposals /Google translated from French/.

Transaction is canceled by eBay but the payment is not refunded to the buyer.

What should I do and should I worry about this situation ?

Sounds like a fraudulent purchase. I've seen notices like this a number of times where the account owner will notice purchases are being made on their account without their knowledge. Usually in those circumstances the payment is automatically refunded.

I would refund the buyer manually and move on.

It was strange that money are not refunded to the buyer. I will make refund. I dont need troubles.

i had one of these a few days ago. The buyer asked me for a refund and I hadn't shipped it yet so i gave them a refund.
