will i have problems if i open a new account and start selling the same day?
im talking to put 1 or two items with a low value, like 20$

Or what do you advice me? thank you

theres a problem if i use an aged paypal (never used on ebay) with a new freash ebay account? thanks

So you are mixing and matching an Ebay Account with an aged PayPal.

So has this Ebay Account ever had a PayPal? if so was it limited? If it was adding a new PayPal will increase the chances of having that "aged" PayPal getting limited.

nop. the pp account was never used on ebay.
can also be from different country? like ebay is from USA and pp is from Germany?

Well, as long as your account creation is great... you shouldn't have much of a problem. This is what I do myself, but then again, my accounts are flawless.

Looking at your country location though, might not be the best idea. You should just read the stealth guide , follow the steps 100% and give it a shot, then tell us how it goes.

I like to wait at least a week and list a book as my first item

I listed a curling iron and blender (both under $25) as my first items on a new account without any problems. Just take it slow and gradually increase the number of non-risky items to sell- that means no new branded electronics, collectibles, designer apparel, etc.
