The proper way to withdraw pp stealth acount if Im not from US?
 

So I plan to make a stealth acount for paypal and I want to be us acount . My isue is that Im not from US and need to can withdraw. How I can done that and if someone who use in this way his paypal acount? Also for verify my acount what step need to take ? I create only legit paypal acount untill now. I really want to start create this acount and need more infos. Thank

Proper way to withdraw is bank account but that has to be a US bank.

@Florin94, learn stealth - don't mess around with US accounts until you're ready (you're not ready yet) - you want to buy account? Speak to sellers here.

You cannot use SSN of anyone else without criminal activity - is that what you want?

you can buy gift cards or something similar from big websites and then sell them

There are lots of ways to spend money in PayPal. Use your imagination. Gift cards are a good way, as is buying precious metals online from vendors that accept PayPal. You can sell easily just about anywhere. Do your research.

I personally do not see it as a very practical solution for a Romanian guy to buy gift card with a US PayPal for reselling them...

Can someone show me the shop link from there? Also I thinking to make Canadian acount .... In this way will not required my SSN ( i hear is ilegal in Canada). But I will still need to make ID to prove I think and also bank statement if Im right? Also will required a VCC/VBA( I hear that paypal cant check the name from VCC and VBA. Im right? So in this way is locking not so hard . Is entropay a good option for VCC? Thank

Just curious, why are you making accounts in Countries you have no actual safe method of withdrawing funds?

Because otherway ebay+paypal will take me almost 20 % fee including VAT and other tax and also at this time my acount get limited . So need to open a stealth acoun in proper way and maybe I will just withdraw after I transfer funds to my real acount. Will be that more ok? thank
PS: Im also curious if you live in US and use your bank acount then will be no more stealth this acount I guess? Im right? thank

No account with real bank account is truly stealth, you are correct - stealth is a principle but it's not 100% untraceable

As MM78 said above, it would be wiser to open a proper stealth account in a country where you could easily withdraw and maybe have a decent phone number or return address...

Stealth is easy if properly organized otherwise could be a pain and will make your money stukck in there.

This part here make me think you should read the stealth guide. You can attach your personal bank account in your name to a stealth paypal to withdraw, no problem if the bank accepts withdrawal in mismatched names ;)
