Many buyers - same paypal

A few days ago I had a surge of purchases in accounts ( different but seemed as made up names but all with different addresses ) buying one of my items but they all had the same Paypal
Quite a few accounts were created on the same dates

what is this, the competition using their stealth accounts to buy something and then leave negative feedback?

Has this ever happened to you

I've asked eBay to cancel them and they have the other day, but would not give me details.

I guess they did not because I've asked ebay to step in
looks like its the same person/group because they are purchasing items from other accounts that also look to belong to the same person/group (based on items they are selling or what sellers they have bought from )

they might even be on this forum lol

created on the same dates... all with different addresses... they all had the same Paypal...

That does seem suspicious. Sounds like somebody got hacked.

I've had drop shippers before but they would use the same eBay account and only change the address if that makes sense?

This one had 8 different eBay accounts and the same paypal, all accounts with bogus names that did not even make sense. Or could it be that he's spreading out his dropshipping, plus, he was selling the same item on his main account, from which he did not make any orders and he did not have any recent orders either.

Well I had a guy make a BEST OFFER and then message me to cancel the order the next day that he was hacked. Why would a hacker make a best offer. LOL

By 'hacked' he means his wife wanted it and he didn't like it, more likely. :)
