how can i block a buyer

left me a bad feedback and claiming not authentic. Mine are authentic and there are many ways to prove it. I just don't want to deal with this client anymore. How do I block him/her from buying my stuff from now and on?

You mean like create a spreadsheet of block listed people?
or a way to block the user from ebay itself?

LOL! If YOU could block people from using EB we'd all be paying YOU to do it for us!

He means block them so they can't buy from you again. It's under your dashboard. "Block a User".
