EB shipping exlusion question
 
If I exclude a certain state from shipping options when doing a listing, will the buyers from that state be able to find my listings?

Yes they can still see your listings, just not buy from them.

You can't exclude a single US state in the block options, I don't believe. You can exclude countries, however.

^^Valid point.

The only domestic locations you can block are AK, HI, APO/FPO's, and PO Boxes.

If you really wanted to do it though you could use shipping rate tables to make shipping costs unreasonably expensive for places you don't want to ship to.

You can only exclude countries, not states or counties.
