Is this random? Do you guys find that if they ask for public records, you can just hang up and they'll ask you for the if this is the first time selling on eBay questions?

I faced same **** when I registered new US account,they'll verify questions from public records like where you had lived and which car you own,how do you guys take care of this?US new account is not easy to register these days seems

I guess it's depends on the eBay agent,change an agent will be OK,but I still worried maybe they'll record something on their file which cause harm to your account later

As the poster above indicated, sometimes just waiting to call in the next day and getting another agent will depend on if you need to go through the database questions. I usually faced this when trying to lift a soft selling limit, or trying to get limits increased.

have you found a solution to this? i need to find a reliable public record database that gives all the info that ebay asks. I have looked at a few but they dont provide the detail that ebay asks.

if it is public record and ebay has it, then it must be accessible by us.

Pick a unique surname and use Facebook to learn as much as you can about them.

if you use business account they will not ask these , atleast in my experince

What if name you use on Facebook to complete eBay questions with that person's public data base info already has an account.

If they are asking you databse stuff and you either fail or you hang up, they'll usually suspend you. The rep on the other side will just say you failed it.

This is another reason why I keep telling people to just let the account mature instead of being impatient.
