I’ve been there myself and since I am not an US resident I can’t as well. Contact the buyer and agree with him to ship the itemand then reimburse him for the shipping cost... If you think it is not worth it, just send refund and move on...

Which country are you located? How heavy is the item? Go really polite with the buyer and ask them to send the item back with economy service, but with tracking still. Also, dont know how is it in your country, but in mine everything above 40$ goes to customs and you need to pay to release it, that is why a lot of people send stuff from US like gifts...

If you are lucky, the OP might tell you he is from Israel.

Forget it - contact the buyer and avoid problems. Unless you have ppl in US to help

Indeed that's a very good idea. I also sold some clothing which did not fit and buyer wanted to return it. Had a friend in the States and gave the buyer his address, so he returned it there for 9-10 dollars. Later on I sold the item and asked the friend to dispatch it. Also the buyer that wanted the return was happy as he had to pay for return shipping... The only reason I see you have to pay the cost here is that the buyer is saying the item is not authentic... Otherwise would be buyer's remorse...
