Logging in from a different device
 

Do I risk anything by logging into my PayPal and eBay from a different tablet/ phone?
Thinking of buying a new phone with better camera, but is there a risk at all?

Theres no risk as such, but as its a new device you may get asked for verification, such as sending a txt to the number to confirm its you.

It is great you are asking questions to help you deal with your account.

Can I suggest you ask again when it comes to the change with the new phone.

Just always check in rather than have to repair troubles.

Although I'd love to use the app again, I'm staying clear of the apps as advised here and in the stealth guide.

No apps just using browser.

I've signed in repeatedly on the new and old device at the same time and established some history together first, it seems to help sometimes with the verification issue. I think it helps familiarize the bots with the new device.
