How do you print your labels at once?

O.k so let's suppose I had 50 sales today, I can generate a PDF file in my Ebay that contains the 50 addresses I need to ship to. Now I print each address of these on a 89x36 mm label.

How would you print the 50 addresses at once? (I do have a thermal printer for convenience btw)

I now bulk printing can be done in ebay and paypal. However, the main problem I find is it doesn't support regional packages. So, they need to be done one-by-one or I would pay too much. Crazy that this is not fixed.

Didn't you use to sell a bunch of cables? How do you not know how to print bulk labels?

I always use PP to print my labels... it will do them in groups of 50. If you have 225 to print, it'll do 4 batches of 50 and a final one of 25.

There are probably better options than what I use out there. No clue...

Yes, I generate a PDF file on Ebay and that file contains up to 200 addresses, but then I print each address individually. I need a way in which I import the PDF file into a software and it prints the whole file at once.

Does your local post office have a mailing solution similar to USPS in the US?

I’d look around for programs like ship station or endicia that can print postage in your location.

Otherwise, if only to label them, use something like OpenOffice to generate a PDF page or use Avery Label software that will blast them out.

You export them as a csv file and upload them to Stamps.com.

I don't think that would work, I am based in Germany.

CSV files work everywhere, including Germany.

Every third party postal printing program I've ever seen accommodates CSV files. Without exception.

I think he’s meaning using a German shipping service on stamps, which I don’t believe they support.

I understand, but there'll be something to print postage in Germany, I'm certain, and I'm also certain it will allow some sort of bulk data import and export, probably through CSV's.

Even my Chinese vendors can handle CSV files.

I really don't think there is a German equivalent of stamps.com. USA sellers have it made because of all the shipping automation tools we have access to.. but those kinds of solutions don't seem to exist for the rest of the world yet. A software developer could make billions by teaming up with international postal companies to create the equivalent of stamps.com for other countries.

Damn... I always forget we all aren't in the US lol

I'd just go with Avery label software that works with thermals, or use the built in thermal printer software a lot of thermals provide. Before I used endicia I printed my labels that way using the CSV files.

Man, internet-wise speaking, things outside the US are backwards :smash:

There are no postage printing apps for the EU? That's hard to wrap my mind around.

I just typed it into Google and got several possibilities on the first page, one specifically for Germany.

Also, is there any reason you can't do it through the German post office?
