cancelling item that has not been paid for?

Is there a way to cancel an item that has not been paid for....which doesn't allow that winner to leave bad feedback after you have cancelled it?

The only way I know of so far is unpaid item case.

If -unpaid item is not opened and- cancelation comes from seller side by choosing one of 3 ebay's reasons (its better to use always BUYER ASKED TO CANCEL communicating BEFORE with buyer) then transaction can be eligible for feedback from both sides .

No not that im aware of. Makes since though since it is an auction site. People would just keep relisting until they get the price they want. protects the buyer they are contractually agreeing to buy and you when u list are required to sell.
