6x10 envelopes fiasco eBay
 

Ok so I rely heavily on 6x10 bubble mailers but having issues with a supplier. I buy them on EB for around $25-28 for 250 envelopes from a company called SupplyHut. While the price seems ok I have massive issues with the seller; shipping takes 8-9 days and they ALWAYS mess up my orders; For ex. I would buy 750 (3 boxes), they would send 1 box! If I pay extra for faster shipping they at the check-out they would still send via regular economy shipping..The quality of the envelopes is also bottom-low as of lately - paper thin, provide little to no protection.

Anyone experiencing the same?

It really depends where you buy them from. There's a lot of chinese companies that sell them cheap but also the quality suffers, so it's your choice really, this happens all the time.

Think maybe you can search on google for a place you can buy your place from and make sure they are American made?

I hate to say it but you might need to find another supplier or time to message them about some complains on your part.

I think you should go to your local retail store and compare the prices there. Things are not super cheap anymore if you want better quality so you'll have to compromise.

Just google some online stores and see which one you prefer .

Kind of makes you wonder if some people would let their eyes dry up and shrivel in their head because blinking is too much work...

While they complain about dry eyes online...

the reason I ask is I saw someone recently having same issues on forums and he was saying something about ordering in bulk domestically so wanted to double check.

I second Amazon. I just did a quick check and see a seller there offering the 6x10 bubble mailers (250 pack) for $28.50 w/free shipping, which would be in the ballpark.

This isn't complicated, and spending more time and energy complaining about it will serve no other purpose other than distract you from what really matters: Making money.

I get mine from US Mailers. I got some from amazon before and the bubbles were so sparse. I was very disappointed. I think the cost difference isnt really an issue as long as they give good support, give quality product, and ship at first chance.

When you break it down per bubble mailer, you are most likely looking at pennies difference for a reliable, supportive, quality supplier

Look for 6x10 Poly Bubble Mailers from Ecoswift. $32.94 for 250 w/free shipping. If I order them Monday, they are here Thursday/Friday typically via FedEx. Most importantly, they are good quality and hold the seal well.

I bought 10K bubble envelope mailers in late Dec 2017 before the prices went up, still had about 5-7K in stock.

Then in Jan the prices shot up 20-30%. It's a huge return on my investment, nobody offers a 20-30% ROI in 30 days. :)

Sometimes people are trying to clear out their inventory at the end of the year or are getting desperate to move product, because we sellers have to have that stuff on hand in Nov for Christmas, so sales of shipping products drop a lot in Dec and you can get some good blowout buys.

I buy as much as I can afford and coast the rest of the year. I do that every year.

They ship two states away from me and I get everything within 3-4 days. Hopefully they work out for you!

Thanks :) Quick question though, have you ever bought from them more than 1 case? I'm tempted to buy 5 more cases right now at once but I am worried they would mess up and send 1 instead, and then I would have to deal with nightmare returns. Has anything like this ever happened to you?

I usually buy 3-4 sets of their larger (12x10) mailers and I buy a bunch of regular mailers (2000-3000) at a time. They've always been a good seller to deal with, fast shipping and never had any issues with the product itself.
