21 days hold ebay
 
hi so i sold laptop for 600$, money is in pending balance so i want to know if it will release 21 days from payment receive or from the date of shipment
as i will ship it after 2-3 days so let me know if anyone knows

21 days from the date payment was received.
Or 3 days after delivery has been confirmed using tracking.

just make sure you ship fast, with tracking, signature confirmation and try to ask the buyer to leave you a positive feedback.

These things will get PP to release your funds a lot sooner than the 21 days.
