New trick for me (at Least)
 

This thief bought many items from me...later the tracking showed some place in the Carolina's...I thought I sent them some where else by mistake.
Happens once shame on you...
Happens twice I'm focked by you...
I checked everything and the labels were sent to PA. but they landed was N.C.
This guy was/is forwarding packages claiming never sent or delivered wrong address.
15 FB so he must be doing this all the time. I'm getting rid of him now but how can I stop him again?

Don't the tracking show (or usually do) going to the destination you originally labeled and listed as FORWARDED in the tracking history? Any time I have that happen it always says it was forwarded.

When I press the tracking under the listing in Ebay it has my original tracking number that I agree with at the start then it gets delivered to S.C. (instead of PA.) then at the end and the tracking number has changed at the top of that little page you get when you press the tracking numbers!

If you put the number in at USPS.com what happens? Same thing?

When I put the numbers in at USPS front page you when you Google, it shows it's still at my Post Office in my town. Do you think the P.O. is up to something?

That sounds weird. I'd contact them or go to your post office and get them to trace the package. It may be that the buyer isn't getting it FWD'd but USPS tracking is screwed up.

Plus this guy has hit me before but what's wild is I check THAT OTHER SHIPMENT that was sent to S.C. a week before with the same problem and now it says delivered!?

Yes but I never see the S.C. address until later. What I see the the normal? PA. address. But when he started claiming the S.C. mis ship I give his money back but now I checked and it's normal (for the first one)

That is really strange. Outside of a USPS error, I dunno why it'd be flip flopping like that. On eBay has it corrected itself to reflect the same as USPS?

It sounds like a glitch, tbh. I'd check with your post office tomorrow as something is clearly very wrong.
