Won auction, now seller wants me to use checkout, but my paypal is blacklisted
 

My paypal account is flaggede by ebay. everytime i use it to pay for anything on ebay through checkout the ebay account gets suspended immediately.

I went through some trouble to create a new, clean account and so far have been paying for items off-auction. However now some sellers insist I use checkout, and refuse to give me their email address.

In cases like this what can I do? Is there anything I can do now? Even if I register a new paypal account, can I link it to ebay to pay?

You need a new Paypal for the new eBay account. Make sure it's created with the same info as the eBay account.

yes, create new PayPal and eBay account in new user on window and you not get problem with send payment for auction.

Yes, you need one that has never been used with eBay or Paypal to prevent linking.
