eBay Buyer Trouble... Need Help
 

I have not been on eBay in a long time and things have changed.

How can I have a negative feedback removed?

Issue:

After a few days of the item being sold I asked if the member had any questions regarding the auction, the member took offense when not needed.

When item was received, the member sent me a pm in ebay saying item was broken and blamed me for not stating so upfront when item was not broken when shipped. A few mins later I got a negative saying that the member sent several messages "in accurate statement" and has waited several days "it has been about 7-8 days since item sold with Buy It Now.

I requested pictures and the member wont provide them.

Please help.

go to your ebay account, click on sitemap on upper right hand corner, look for feedback revision.
it will then send an email to the buyer to ask them to revise the feedback
