Card been added to Paypal account before

Hi, I purchased a VCC for Paypal from a seller on here. When I tried adding it to Paypal it said it had been used before.

Is this account linked now and should I just move on from it?

I would get with seller and notify him. Probably just a mishap etc. good luck. I see youre new as well. Sure everything went ok from start? and who created the acct etc? IMO normally this is not a huge deal just add a diff one.

People sometimes type in the wrong number, so I'm thinking probably not a link, you should contact the seller and let them have a chance to take care of the issue for you. :)
