offers on auction–style listings

I received this offer from ebay:

25% Off Final Value Fees
Just allow offers on auction–style listings
and your discount will be applied.

I have never seen or herd of offers on auction style listings nor can I figure out how to do this.

Anyone with experience? Is it only a feature of sellerhub? (I dont use it)

It's only on the "quick" version of listings. Not on the advanced form. Which is weird!

I don't even allow offers on BIN listings... attracts the bottom-feeders.

Thanks Yall!

I like the idea of offers on auctions IF they allow you to automate them. Could increase turn on inventory. Now only if they brought back the $0.30 one day auction.
