got banned for high buyer risk?
 

Ebay un-banned me but i would like to know how this happen? The ebay rep even sounded confused.

I never bought anything off ebay and i randomly get banned. When i call they say its because i have high buyer risk . After 10 mins on the phone(after the ****ty 1 hour hold) i was un-banned.

I never bought off this account ever and the ebay rep said she was not sure why i was banned ether.

eBay do just make it up as they go along sometimes

Says its from Centrylink ,i cannot think of where i bought the vpn although .

Another weird thing, i have one listing up right now . I cannot list more(3 out of 5 listings left) and it says i am limed,yet the item is indexed and i do not have a second email saying i am banned . Should i just give up on this account? I am pretty sure this account is flagged. It does not show as banned on the page like every account does when i get that message . Also the ebay phone robot didn't say i was perm banned ,like it does when i am limited .
