US ebay account selling on UK ebay
 

One of my accounts has a UK ebay store for more than 5 years, during these years some of the listings were taken down from time to time let's say, once every 6 month.

The reason they are removed is because "you have not displayed your Business Address on the View Item page, in the Business Seller Information section of your listing. Business sellers are required to show their company name and address in the Business Seller Information section of their listing. Kindly make necessary changes before relisting your items."

After I followed their message instruction trying to add my UK business address on UK ebay store, the page keeps on turning to be an error.

I had to call in and no body can fix this issue. They told me, I need to change my ebay account from US to UK, but I think this is rubbish, as billions of international sellers are selling internationally with their original registered ebay location.

Does someone here have the same issue before? And how to sort it out? Obviously ebay representatives are dumb and dumber there.

I never sold to UK per se, but I have once opened up my shipping option that I ship globally. I never had a UK account however all buyers from different regions can see my listing.

But since you said you have a UK eBay, but your info is USA that is kinda weird. I'd try to fix that UK account and make sure it's actually registered with everything in UK.

No, my ebay account is still US account, but I opened a UK ebay store. It is allowed.

I had a similar issue a few years ago and if i remember right i fixed by doing exactly what ebay told you...transfer ebay from USA to the UK

After you transferred ebay from USA to UK, did they restricted you?

They can ask for ID sometimes

Right, I like to keep things uniformed. It's a little bit of a hassle, but it's worth the trouble in the future.

No they didnt and it is still working fine until today
They never asked me id but i did the transfer a few years ago, could be different now
