How many reports does it take to remove your competitions listing? specially if its a high risk foo foo.

1 or thousands. Who knows...... how big is the seller? Did you buy, contact the manufacture and have them contact ebay? If not, your report is just you opinion.

None, unless the IP owner files for a Vero take down the seller won't be touched.

Depends on how strong the seller is.

As the last poster indicated, usually eBay does little to nothing about "report this listing" complaints, esp. if the seller is well established. Unless the IP owner files a VERO report, nothing is likely to happen.

I hate to say it, but it's not up to you to decide if something is a foo-foo or not. Why do you even care? Put your time and energy into making money and don't worry about some other sellers who you may be in competition with. You'll just be spinning your wheels.
