product reviews that aren't mine
 

Ok so I have a new listing up and it has 10 reviews but those reviews aren't for my sales at all and were left for other seller. It sucks since those reviews are negative and reduce sales.

Any ideas how to remove those?

No real way to remove them except:

1) get more positive reviews to hide those negative reviews (not your best bet)

2) change keywords in title/select item variation so you are associated with a slightly different product with better reviews. It could even be the same product, but sometimes, ebay shows different reviews depending on how they categorized the item

I really don't think it matters too much, personally. But just experiment a bit

1) I barely have ever gotten any product reviews even on listings that sold 500+ items

2) Will that affect the search engine results? Currently my listing shows up first and I don't want to loose that

Ironically those reviews say that the item is a foo-foo (not sold by me) but in reality this item is the first time that I got a shipment from the official brand owner LMAO Definitely would like to have an option to fix this without changing title, as it was made to maximize visibility in the search engine

You using the same title of other seller

Chnage the title and create new listing these will go

Its matter of title or EAN .

If you change the title or not use ean then there are no reviews ...

Inaccurate info in this thread. I get damaging reviews removed all the time. Click report, then select "contains a review about the seller" or whatever it says.

Reformulate your title and change your EAN, that should do it for you.

If no ean is entered reviews still shows on other listing even seller copy the title

I'm glad to say that the issue has been fixed by itself. I no longer have those awful reviews, only 5 positive ones (without comments). So all's good ;)

Did phazorz's method work? I was unfamiliar with it until he mentioned it here

I haven't tried anyone's method. The reviews went away by themselves.

I've noticed that eBay does a ton of work keeping review pages clean on their own.

@kirkland - my experience has been that it works, though it could just be from the constant cleaning eBay does of those pages.
