Ebay issues ... statistic analysis
 

I am legitimate seller on eb 18m now.
All my issues most of the times coming from spanish/latino guys ...
Is this random ?
Can anyone share his experience ? Just to understand better ebay buyer's profile ?

I also noticed anymore that most of the problems coming from tracked shippments that usually my parcels to states stucks to ISC new york waiting for scanning on the postal bag.
So a parcel maybe needs 5 days to come from Greece to States but then it needs sometimes (30%) 10 days for scanning at new york.
So most of my cases are coming from tracked shippments and spanish/latino us buyers.

So recently i decided for all of my shipments up to 50$ to send untracked for quicker deliveries and i am wondering if is there any way to avoid spanish buyers.
Its not racistic but really 9 of 10 cases coming from people like that.
No contact and case directly to eb next day of tracked late delivery or contact in spanish or contact in style of : " why my item late ? "

Rude & anxious always ..

I could be wrong but I think Hispanic/Latino buyers just make up a large portion of eBay's customer base. They make up large percentage of our buyers also, but they aren't really problematic for us in particular. You can try blocking buyers from countries you don't want to ship to, but most of them are using USA forwarding addresses already so that probably won't help much.

Your packages are taking so long because they're stalling in USA inbound customs (ISC NY). JFK is always a slow airport. I don't know what you could do other than try another carrier.

No other national carrier from GR .
Only one and cooperates with USPS only for federal shippments.

Here is a typical track no to understand routing.
Its sucks ..
Usps got parcel from Athens by 28th of feb but finaly scanned at ISC by 29th of March !!! And still loorking around east coast undelivered to customer.
My carrier said that this postal bag arrived at US by 4th of March.
Its been 33 days that usps is handling parcel without finall delivery.
Its so frustating .
Parcels of same day shipping -28th Feb - untracked finally delivered since 20 days ago .
(I know that because i already got some positive feedbacks)

Priority Mail International seems to get preferential treatment for me, it's more costly, but perhaps it's the way to go for you.

How precisely can you tell they're 'hispanic'?

Really but really at least 4 of 5 cases coming from people that send a message in spanish or in very bad english or after checking the details of shipping the name of buyer is like Manuelle Ignatio or Maria Gomez or Maritza Ramos etc
Really i am very close to cancel any sale to latino/hispanic guys ...
I dont think is random but its a matter of education . And this is not racistic comment but coming under my experience on ebay sales 18m now !

1st class Priority registered are my most sales/parcels but the cases coming from these shippments :(
