Default Successful eBay Sellers

I know there are many successful individuals who use Aspkin but aren't as vocal as others. My question is to those who have 10++ accounts. Do you have a separate IP address for each account, because through 24vc 10 accounts with an individual IP amounts to roughly 1000 USD.
And next have any of you considered consolidating all your selling accounts into one website of your own? If so..whats the process, I have a guy charging roughly 2k to create a website for me...(SEO, google pay merchants, etc)

Thanks

Well I am operating 60 accounts. I am using VPS from Aliyun.com. It is like $2 per IP per month. 24VC is just too expensive for me.

Do you have a separate IP address for each account,
I have 14 24vc connections for 23 or 24 accounts. Smaller accounts share IP's, main accounts have a dedicated one.

And next have any of you considered consolidating all your selling accounts into one website of your own?
Yes, but it would probably take years to get half the traffic of eBay.. so it's never gone anywhere.

If so..whats the process
Usually the process is to sign up for a shopify store (or similar provider) and start importing your listings.

If you can't make $100 per account, per year, to cover the VPN... then do you really need 10 accounts?

Haha we had cashflow out the hooha in 2017 and it still hurt having to give 24vc a couple hundred dollars every couple of months.

Cost of doing business and whatnot. A few of our small accounts did not profit enough to cover their 2017 VPN cost, but I would rather keep those accounts going with the same IP at a loss than abandon them and not have them be there if I need them in the future.

I only have 3 eBay stores, but almost two dozen Etsy shops and I just tether or change my modem IP for most of them. The rest I have VPNs I’ve found that are small and not abused.

You're right.

People just seem so cheap, though... everyone wants to make the money, but no one wants to do the things that put them in position to MAKE the money.

Unless you are running VM and having multiple accounts open at the same time, I prefer tethering. Cost me maybe $500 in mifis a year to operate unlimited accounts.

I have used VPNs in the past but it just is not for me. Most of my accounts I dont really need to log into more than once or twice a week. I am not creating new listings daily or even monthly. Most everything is automated.

If you have a good product, instead of having multiple stealth accounts you can try opening a bonanza store and you can select your advertising level which will bring in more sales per day than ebay But the only thing is that their fees are high so you have to budget to see if that will be a good place for you to sell on.

Bonanza gets ONE HALF of ONE PERCENT of the visitors that eBay does. I really doubt that's gonna happen.

If you need to see that as a number, it's 0.5% as much traffic as ebay gets. Which means ebay gets 200x more traffic than Bonanza.

And amazon gets 2x as much as ebay does, FYI...

I tether on 3 phones and two tablets, I have a t-mobile account with 6 lines, costs around $140 per month, I never really have to worry about IP duplication.

I run 12-16 active everyday EB accounts and have 60 or so standby's.

Websites are slow to grow. There's no such thing as 'combining all your EB's into 1 website' and getting the same traffic as you would on EB.

You can list all your inventory on your website in addition to your EB, and point people to it though.

Shopify or 3dcart are plenty for most folks, really. No compelling need to pay thousands for custom work most of the time.

Thank you all for your input. And for those asking if I can afford it, lets just say I broke the PayPal threshold on several accounts my first quarter.
I'm just trying to see how can exponentially grow. All your feedback Is definitely taken into consideration and its valuable information.
I've decided to keep growing through 24vc and once I get to 10 accounts(Im at 6) I'll start combining accounts through 1 IP.
As for the website, im debating still...

It cracks me up.

No return address

What cheap or free VPN is there? Does Tor work?

I can’t afford , I can’t afford.

Yadda yadda

People can afford it. They just don't want to pay. Big difference.

True.

This failure of their own mind set is the root of their problems.
