Batch Printing Labels: International Shipping

I currently use Shippo to batch pay/print labels, and it has worked amazing for domestic shipping. I want to ship and print batch labels for my international shipments, but I am having a little trouble.

I cannot seem to choose a default EEL / PFC selection for the labels. It allows me to do this if I only choose 1 shipment, but I have hundreds so I could not possibly do them 1 at a time. The 2 main EEL / PFC I would be having is NOEEI §30.37(a) and NOEEI §30.36.

If I print in batch, that spot on the label is left blank ("AES/ITN/Exemption" section). Am I allowed to manually right on the label either NOEEI §30.37(a) or NOEEI §30.36? Or does it have to printed on the label?

If anyone can suggest an easier way or another program, please let me know. I mainly do USPS First Class and Priority International. Thanks.

Enidicia or ShipStation should solve the issue.

Thanks for the input! I did switch and it does that automatically. However, after looking at shipments I already shipped, for some reason some of my shipments to Great Britain and Australia have NOEEI §30.36, which I thought all were suppose to have NOEEI §30.37(a). Everything was automated from Shipstation. Is this going to cause any issues with delivery now? I really hope not. Thanks.
